Sahil is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of specialised experience in Transfer Pricing, including over 10 years with Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP. He has advised several Fortune 500 companies and leading multinational groups across sectors such as Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services, healthcare, auto ancillaries and consumer businesses, including groups headquartered in the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Europe.

His experience spans transfer pricing strategy, policy design, documentation and controversy management, including India’s three-tier compliance framework covering Local File, Form 3CEB, Master File, and Country-by-Country reporting, as well as global transfer pricing compliances aligned with OECD Action 13 for multinational groups operating across more than 50 countries.

He has also worked on arm’s length pricing models, unilateral and bilateral Advance Pricing Agreements, and representation before tax and appellate authorities, including the Transfer Pricing Officer, Commissioner (Appeals), and the Dispute Resolution Panel, besides supporting matters before the Tribunal and the High Court. He is known for his strong technical grounding, disciplined approach and ability to deliver clear and effective solutions on complex transfer pricing matters.
